Busking Applications
Quality street entertainment adds to the vibrancy of the City. Street performers, commonly known as 'buskers' are encouraged to perform in the City of Perth upon obtaining a valid licence. Busking licences are issued under the Street Entertainment Policy 18.9, which can be accessed using the link on the right hand side of this page.
Busking Application forms are available from the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, City of Perth, 27 St George's Terrace, Perth, between 8.30am and 5pm. A monthly licence fee applies. Payments are required upon application.
Busking Licences can be issued for either:
• one month from the date of issue; or
• three, six or twelve months from the date of issue, subject to the applicant meeting criteria as assessed by the Audition Panel.

The City has the right to refuse an application, or to apply terms and conditions, as it sees fit. It also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of a licence at any time.
