Note: All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise indicated
** Scheme Amendments and Structure Plans are calculated in accordance with Part 2 & 3 of the Schedule of Fees of the Town Planning (Local Government Planning Fees) Regulations 2000, effective June 2007.
Modifications
Applications for modifications to previous approvals, lodged with the Council will be charged the full scheduled fee. Minor modifications will be charged the full scheduled fee for the value of the work associated with the modification.
Example of Calculation
A planning application for a proposed commercial development valued at $530,000 would result in a fee of $1,405.00 calculated as follows:-
$530,000 Value in excess of $500,000 = $30,000
= ($1,351 + 0.18% x $30,000) = $1,405.00
Notes:
MRS Form 1 to be fully completed including title particulars, signature of owner (or owner's agent if accompanied by owner's authority to sign), company director or company secretary over company seal and forms must be dated.
An offer and acceptance form showing the new owner cannot be used as a signature of the owner on the MRS Form 1.
The MRS Form must be original ie: faxed copies cannot be accepted.
Plans must include a site plan showing street frontage and a floor plan including dimensions and the scale.
Additional documentation may be required when reference to another authority is required (e.g.) Swan River trust, East Perth Redevelopment Authority.
