Local Laws
Local government may make local laws under the provisions of the Local Government Act 1995. They cannot be inconsistent with Acts of Parliament or other written laws.
Local laws are subordinate powers/restrictions which individual local governments adopt to suit their requirements.
The City of Perth's local laws are wide ranging, covering matters from street entertainers to eating areas and are available on-line for your information.
